You recently undertook sorting out a water pressure problem I had at my unit in Somerset Park after a problem experienced by the complex.
I have been incredibly busy and did not get around to taking this up with the municipality so was very pleasantly surprised when I learnt that your office had logged a call to the municipality and they in turn attended to it within 48 hours.
The purpose of this mail if to compliment you on your outstanding service and for going the extra mile. SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING
Thank you so much your service is outstanding. In this present country we live in Service delivery is certainly lacking. But Williamson Plumbers you were here in less than 15 mins of my Call for Help. Burst main water pipe into the house and with a 7 week old baby was worried about the water supply. The other item I loved was the continuity of the Supervisor staff. Someone who knew me and my property and your staff have wonderful manners I’am so impressed.
